Embark on a journey to set your puppy on the path to a well-behaved and fulfilling life with our comprehensive Two-Part Puppy Board and Train Program at Jocko’s Ruff House!
During this critical developmental stage, your puppy will stay with us for two weeks, focusing on foundational skills. Our expert trainers will address crucial aspects such as crate and potty training, proper socialization, and the basics of commands like sit, down, and heel. Socialization with other pets is included, pending up-to-date vet records. Optionally, we offer a day train model for added flexibility.
At the end of this phase, we’ll conduct a go-home lesson, equipping you with the tools to continue your puppy’s training at home until they are ready for the next part of the program.
Once your puppy reaches six months, they return for a four-week board and train program, focusing on essential obedience fundamentals that will shape their behavior into adulthood. They’ll learn commands like ‘heel,’ ‘sit,’ ‘down,’ and ‘place.’ Your puppy will be trained using an e-collar and remote, and you’ll receive these tools along with an elevated place bed at the end of the program.
